As of January 01, 2016, the most up-to-date version of HEC national rankings is Ranking 2014 of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), which can be viewed here.
According to the 2014 ranking document, following are the two top universities in the Arts category:
1. National College of Arts (NCA), Lahore
2. Indus Valley School of Art & Architecture, Karachi
The HEC university ranking list has been divided into 6 subject categories: General, Engineering, Business, Agriculture & Veterinary Science, Medical and Arts.
