Solving problems playing online games using Internet Explorer?

All necessary Add-ons must be enabled. Follow the steps given below:

1. Click on the IE icon or Start Internet Explore.
2. Click the Tools icon and then click Internet Options
3. Click the Programs Tab and click the Manage add-ons button
4. From the Show dropdown selection, select Run without Permissions
5. Make sure the following add-ons are enabled (depending the requirements of the game):

(a) Java Plug-in
(b) Microsoft Silverlight
(c) Shockwave Active X Control
(d) Shockwave Flash Object
