About PAC-PAD: The PAC-PAD 1 is a table, similar of Apple iPad. PAC refers to Pakistan Aeronautical Complex. According to reports and the official website of the joint venture program, PAC-PAD 1 is a tablet with the following features:

3. Unrestrained web browsing and downloading
4. Full computing power in a tablet format
5. Multitouch capacitive screen
6. 7 inch LCD display with full HD resolution
According to the technical specification document, the device runs on Android 2.3, an operating system made by Google and given away for free.
