Oracle DB Error ORA-32302 object materialized views must be object ID based

The following is the cause of this error:

An attempt was made to create an object materialized view that is not object ID based.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Create the materialized view using the OF clause but omit any ROWID or PRIMARY KEY clauses.
