Oracle DB Error ORA-29959 error in the execution of the string routine for one or more of the index partitions

The following is the cause of this error:

An error occurred during execution of the routine for one or more of the index partitions.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Check the *_IND_PARTITIONS view to see which partitions are marked FAILED. Rebuild or Truncate the FAILED index partitions.
