Oracle DB Error ORA-29888 cannot create domain index on a table with row movement enabled

The following is the cause of this error:

A CREATE DOMAIN INDEX statement was issued on a table that has row movement enabled.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Disable the row movement in the table and then reissue the create domain index statement.
