Oracle DB Error ORA-29868 cannot issue DDL on a domain index marked as LOADING

The following is the cause of this error:

An attempt was made to issue a DROP/ALTER/TRUNCATE on a domain index in a LOADING state.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Wait till the index operation completes OR issue a DROP INDEX FORCE to drop the index.
