Oracle DB Error ORA-29741 IMR active for some, but not all members of cluster

The following is the cause of this error:

The IMR feature is not active for this instance, but is active for another instance in the cluster database.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Ensure that all instances have the same value for the _imr_active initialization parameter.
