Oracle DB Error ORA-29399 user string does not have privilege to switch to consumer group string

The following is the cause of this error:

An attempt was made to set the initial consumer group of the specified user but the user does not have the privilege to switch to that group.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Grant the privilege to switch to the consumer group to the user and then set the initial group.
