Oracle DB Error ORA-29360 retry operation. Too much concurrent activity

The following is the cause of this error:

An attempt was made to revoke the switch consumer group privilege from a user for his/her initial consumer group but someone is modifying the user in another session.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Retry the operation later.
