Oracle DB Error ORA-28664 a partitioned table may not be coalesced as a whole

The following is the cause of this error:

User attempted to coalesce a partitioned IOT using ALTER TABLE COALESCE statement, which is illegal.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Coalesce the table a partition at a time (using ALTER TABLE MODIFY PARTITION COALESCE).
