Oracle DB Error ORA-28650 Primary index on an IOT cannot be rebuilt

The following is the cause of this error:

An attempt was made to issue alter index rebuild on IOT-TOP.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Use Alter table MOVE to reorganize the table(IOT).
