Oracle DB Error ORA-28503 bind value cannot be translated into SQL text for non-Oracle system

The following is the cause of this error:

A SQL statement used bind variables on a Heterogeneous Services database link to a non-Oracle system, but the non-Oracle system does not support bind variables.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Change your SQL statement so that it does not use bind variables.
