The following is the cause of this error:
There should have been some asynchronous I/Os in the system but a blocking aiowait indicates that there are no more I/Os. It could be due to an Oracle bug, a vendor OS bug, or an NFS server not responding.
Action you can take to resolve this issue: Check the Oracle trace file, OS message files, and contact Oracle Support Services.
