Oracle DB Error ORA-26093 stream offset does not map to a column array

The following is the cause of this error:

The ROW_COUNT attribute was being read from a direct path stream handle and it was found that the stream offset for the last processed row did not map to a column array offset.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Make sure the stream was sourced from a column array.
