Oracle DB Error ORA-26025 SKIP_INDEX_MAINTENANCE option requested

The following is the cause of this error:

A request was made that index maintenance be skipped on a direct path load.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: The listed index was put into Index Unusable state due to the user requesting that index maintenance be skipped. Either rebuild the index or index partitions, or drop and re-create the index.
