Oracle DB Error ORA-26024 SKIP_UNUSABLE_INDEXES requested and index segment was initially unusable

The following is the cause of this error:

User requested SKIP_UNUSABLE_INDEXES option, and the index segment was in unusable state prior to the beginning of the load.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Informational only. User will need to either rebuild the index or index partition, or re-create the index.
