Oracle DB Error ORA-25952 join index must only contain inner equi-joins

The following is the cause of this error:

An attempt to create a join index was made, which failed because it included a predicate which wasn't an equi-inner join.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Remove the inappropriate predicate.
