Oracle DB Error ORA-25441 duplicate column value for table alias: string

The following is the cause of this error:

An attempt to evaluate was made, which failed because one of the column values supplied a value for a table alias, which already had a table value supplied.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Check the table and column values specified, and try again with either a table value or column values for each table alias.
