Oracle DB Error ORA-25353 branch marked for deletion

The following is the cause of this error:

The branch specified cannot be killed immediately because another session is using the branch, but it has been marked for kill. This means it will be deleted as soon as possible after the current uninterruptable operation is completed.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: No action is required for the branch to be deleted.
