Oracle DB Error ORA-25262 agent name cannot be NULL if address is a multi-consumer queue

The following is the cause of this error:

The name for the agent in the LISTEN call was not specified when the agent address was a multi-consumer queue.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Specify a non-NULL name for the agent.
