Oracle DB Error ORA-25256 consumer cannot be specified with a single-consumer queue or an exception queue

The following is the cause of this error:

An attempt was made to specify a consumer in the subscription string when registering for notification on a single-consumer queue or an exception queue.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Do not specify the consumer in the subscription string.
