The following is the cause of this error:
An attempt was made to create a tablespace with a block size which is not supported.
Action you can take to resolve this issue: Specify either the standard blocksize or one of (2k, 4k, 8k, 16k, 32k) subject to the maximum and minimum blocksizes supported by the platform.
