Oracle DB Error ORA-25145 allocation policy already specified

The following is the cause of this error:

In CREATE TABLESPACE, the allocation policy was specified more than once, for example, AUTOALLOCATE and UNIFORM.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Remove all but one of the allocation policy specifications.
