Oracle DB Error ORA-25140 string space policy cannot be specified for the string extent management

The following is the cause of this error:

An invalid option appears.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Make sure that for LOCAL extent management UNIFORM or AUTOALLOCATE is specified, and for DICTIONARY extent management UNIFORM or AUTOALLOCATE are not specified
