Oracle DB Error ORA-24903 invalid namespace attribute passed into OCI call

The following is the cause of this error:

The subscription handle passed into the OCI call does not have a proper NAMESPACE attribute.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Set the NAMESPACE attribute using the OCIAttrSet() call.
