Oracle DB Error ORA-24398 connection pool already exists

The following is the cause of this error:

A connection pool has already been created for the specified pool handle.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: 1) Specify a different pool handle to create a new connection pool. 2) If you wish to modify the pool parameters, call OCIConnectionPoolCreate in OCI_CPOOL_REINITIALIZE mode.
