Oracle DB Error ORA-24369 required callbacks not registered for one or more bind handles

The following is the cause of this error:

No callbacks have been registered for one or more of the bind handles which are part of the RETURNING clause.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: The bind handles which are to receive data in a DML statement with a RETURNING clause must have their mode set as DATA_AT_EXEC and callback functions must be registered for these bind handles using OCIBindDynamic.
