Oracle DB Error ORA-24325 this OCI operation is not currently allowed

The following is the cause of this error:

An attempt was made to use a context handle outside its scope.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Verify that the context handle is set to a service context handle that has been converted to a logon data area for other OCI calls. The logon data area must be converted back to a service context before it can be used.
