Oracle DB Error ORA-24084 DBLINK name in address field of agent string is not unique within the first 24 bytes"

The following is the cause of this error:

Advanced Queuing requires that the agent's DBLINK name should be unique within the first 24 bytes (for 8.0 compatible queue tables)

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Specify a DBLINK name that is unique within the first 24 bytes or migrate to 8.1 compatible queue tables where this restriction is not there.
