Oracle DB Error ORA-24062 Subscriber table string inconsistent with queue table string

The following is the cause of this error:

The subscriber table has not yet been successfully imported.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Import the subscriber table before attempting to use the queue table. If the import failed, correct the problem and try to import the subscriber table again.
