Oracle DB Error ORA-24041 propagation schedule exists for QUEUE string and DESTINATION string

The following is the cause of this error:

A SCHEDULE_PROPAGATION was issued for a queue and destination pair which has an existing propagation schedule.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Issue UNSCHEDULE_PROPAGATION to remove the existing schedule and then reissue the SCHEDULE_PROPAGATION call.
