Oracle DB Error ORA-23535 instantiating templates from multiple back ends is not allowed

The following is the cause of this error:

An attempt was made to set a new non-null back end database for an iAS site.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Call dbms_ias_configure.set_back_end_db procedure with null dblink. Then, call the same procedure with the new non-null dblink.
