Oracle DB Error ORA-23433 executing against wrong master site string

The following is the cause of this error:

An attempt was made to execute the routine at a site that is different from the site specified in the argument of the routine.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Provide an argument to the routine that correctly indicates the site against which the routine should be executing.
