Oracle DB Error ORA-23389 obsolete procedure; drop objects and recreate using new master

The following is the cause of this error:

DBMS_REPCAT.SWITCH_MVIEW_MASTER is no longer supported.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Drop the objects in the object group and re-create them using the new master.
