Oracle DB Error ORA-23368 name string cannot be null or the empty string

The following is the cause of this error:

Argument SNAME1, SNAME2, ONAME1, ONAME2, MISSING_ROWS_SNAME, MISSING_ROWS_ONAME1, MISSING_ROWS_ONAME2 to DIFFERENCES() or RECTIFY() cannot be NULL or '' (empty string).

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Change argument to non-null or non-empty string.
