Oracle DB Error ORA-23366 integer value string is less than 1

The following is the cause of this error:

Value of argument MAX_MISSING to routine DIFFERENCES() cannot be less than 1. Value of argument COMMIT_ROWS to routines DIFFERENCES() and RECTIFY() cannot be less than 1.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Choose an integer value for those arguments to be 1 or greater.
