Oracle DB Error ORA-23304 malformed deferred rpc at arg string of string in call string, in tid string

The following is the cause of this error:

A deferred RPC call was issued without the correct number of arguments as determined by the count parameter to DBMS_DEFER.CALL.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Be sure the number of arguments matches the count.
