Oracle DB Error ORA-23290 This operation may not be combined with any other operation

The following is the cause of this error:

An ALTER TABLE RENAME [COLUMN | CONSTRAINT] operation was given in conjunction with another ALTER TABLE Operation. This is not allowed.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Ensure that RENAME COLUMN/RENAME CONSTRAINT is the only operation specified in the ALTER TABLE statement.
