Oracle DB Error ORA-22819 scope of input value does not correspond to the scope of the target

The following is the cause of this error:

An attempt was made to operate on a REF value scoped to a different table than the expected one.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Use a REF which is scoped to the expected table and retry the operation.
