Oracle DB Error ORA-22626 Type Mismatch while constructing or accessing OCIAnyData

The following is the cause of this error:

Type supplied is not matching the type of the AnyData. If piece wise construction or access is being attempted, the type supplied is not matching the type of the current attribute.
