Oracle DB Error ORA-22606 pickler image handle [string] is not well-formed

The following is the cause of this error:

An attempt was made to use the image handle without initializing/ constructing it.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Use OCIPicklerImageInit to initialize the handle before it is constructed. Use OCIPicklerImageGenerate to generate the image before its attributes can be accessed.
