Oracle DB Error ORA-22602 pickler TDS handle [string] is not well-formed

The following is the cause of this error:

An attempt was made to use the pickler TDS handle without initializing or constructing it.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Use OCIPicklerTdsInit to initialize the handle before it is constructed. Use OCIPicklerTdsGenerate to generate the TDS before its attributes can be accessed.
