The following is the cause of this error:
The type of the accessed object has been altered and the client's object is based on an earlier type definition.
Action you can take to resolve this issue: The user needs to exit the application and modify the application to accommodate the type change. From SQL/PLUS, reconnect and resubmit the statement.
