Oracle DB Error ORA-22319 type attribute information altered in ALTER TYPE

The following is the cause of this error:

The type attribute information does not match that of the original type declaration when altering type. Attributes cannot be altered during ALTER TYPE. Only new methods can be added.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Check that all type alterations are legal.
