The following is the cause of this error:
The PARALLEL keyword was used alone or DEGREE DEFAULT was specified in the PARALLEL clause of an ALTER DATABASE RECOVER statement.
Action you can take to resolve this issue: Respecify with an explicit degree of parallelism.
