Oracle DB Error ORA-12354 secondary object being dropped

The following is the cause of this error:

An attempt was made to access an object (for example, a table or view) on a secondary database that was in the process of being dropped.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Repeat the operation. If you receive this message again, try to access the object from the secondary database. If you receive an internal error or a trace file, contact Oracle Support Services.
