Oracle DB Error ORA-12010 cannot create materialized view log on table owned by SYS

The following is the cause of this error:

An attempt was made to create a materialized view log on the table owned by SYS. CREATE MATERIALIZED VIEW LOG attempts to create a trigger on the table, but triggers can not be created on SYS tables.

Action you can take to resolve this issue: Do not create a materialized view log on SYS tables.
