The following is the cause of this error:
The process was unable to shut down the SDI channel.
Action you can take to resolve this issue: Check the SDI persistent resources using SDI tools. Verify that all processes exited cleanly and the instance is safely shut down. Delete any remaining SDI channel IDs associated with the current instance.
