The following is the cause of this error:
Memory needed for a temporary buffer could not be allocated. The additional information field contains the number of bytes that Oracle attempted to allocate.
Action you can take to resolve this issue: Check the UNIX error number. It is probable that the system has run out of memory. If there is no error, contact Oracle Support Services.
